The short-term goals included reducing the customer bounce rate, stabilizing the average order volume, and driving new customer growth while decreasing digital advertising spend. The eCommerce platform is fully integrated with all of Bonafont's logistics systems.
Since its UX transformation, the platform has seen exponential growth in sales, brand positioning, and bounce rate reduction, among other improvements.
