Development & Implementation
End-to-end Adobe Commerce implementation
From architecture to go-live. Our team of certified developers, UX designers, project managers and QAs executes complete Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) projects for brands selling in Mexico and LATAM.
Proven 6-phase process
Our delivery is documented and auditable. Every phase has concrete deliverables, client checkpoints and quality gates.
- Discovery: understand business, integrations and KPIs
- Architecture: tech stack, infrastructure and security
- Design: UX/UI with navigable prototypes before code
- Development: 2-week sprints with continuous demos
- QA & UAT: manual + automated testing + load testing
- Go-live & post-launch: 30-day support included
Specialized team by role
We don't run projects with a single all-in-one developer. Every project has certified backend PHP/Magento specialists, frontend (with or without Hyvä), ERP integrators, cloud DevOps and a dedicated PM.
- Adobe Certified Developers (backend and frontend)
- Adobe Certified Solution Specialists
- DevOps specialized in AWS and Adobe Cloud
- UX/UI designers with eCommerce experience
- Project Manager with PMI/Agile methodology

Frequently asked questions
- How long does an implementation project take?
- It depends on scope. A standard B2C store with 1 ERP integration and custom design takes 3-5 months. B2B with complex logic or multi-country can run 6-9 months. We do a 1-2 week initial discovery to estimate precisely.
- How do you charge: fixed-price or time & materials?
- For projects with clear scope we offer fixed price per phase. For complex or evolving projects we use time & materials with a monthly cap. There's always transparency: we report hours, progress and risks every sprint.
- Can I see similar projects you've done?
- Yes. We have case studies with Mexican and LATAM brands in our portfolio. Under NDA we can show architectural details, sample code and post-implementation results. Book a call and we'll coordinate.
