Grupo Juguetron, a Mexican company, has been dedicated to the development, manufacturing, distribution, and sale of toys, committed to preserving tradition while offering the best digital experience to its customers.
Their eCommerce was implemented on the Adobe Commerce platform under a B2C model, which allows 100% configuration and customization of all features, tools, and the brand's visual identity.
For this implementation, the following Adobe Commerce features were activated:
- Multi Source Inventory: This feature provides complete control over all inventory on a global level, allowing you to view product quantities per store location.
- BOPIS: A buy-online, pick-up-in-store methodology. To implement this option, integration with the ERP is required to enable cross-inventory drawdown.
- UX Design: A fully intuitive user experience that enables easy and fast purchasing.
- Business Rules: You can create different types of rules within your eCommerce — for example, deactivating products when they reach minimum stock levels, configuring minimum purchase amounts, setting maximum purchase quantities for the same product SKU, and more.
- Intelligent Search: Allows your customers to search using synonyms, antonyms, filler words, keywords, short words, and more. This type of search engine makes the browsing experience easier and more efficient for your users.
Juguetron is in constant growth, continuously generating new improvements and updates to its eCommerce. Today it is in ongoing evolution to offer a unique experience to its users at Expo Juguetes 2021, where the eCommerce helps complement the expo experience — a physical event held at the WTC in Mexico City.
